Returning items purchased from a business 

14 day cooling off period

Private buyers who purchase from a company are also protected by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The regulations allow buyers to cancel the order within 14 days from the moment the transaction is complete, which is commonly the time the buyer receives the items.

Returning an item

Items can be returned, without reason, for a full refund, including basic outbound shipping costs. 

We strongly recommend a tracked and signed service when returning goods so that you can demonstrate proof of return 

Buyers should be refunded within 14 days of the seller being in possession again of the item.
