Editing or Deleting your Coffee Event
Updating, amending & postponing events
If the events of recent years has taught us anything, it's that the unexpected can happen. It's easy to update your events details:
- Login to United Baristas using UB-iD
- Go to Manage your Events
Find the event that you want to update, and then click 'Edit'.
Changing the details
On the edit page, it is possible to:
- Amend the title and description
- Change the time and date
- Upload new images
- Change the event categories
- Change, add or delete event organisers and/or the venue
- Update the ticket price
Once you have edited your event, click Update Event to publish the changes. We recommend you then view your event to double-check the changes are correct.
Once your event has finished
We hope it was a great success. There is no need for you to do anything further on the Coffee Events Calendar. Your event is hidden from public view when the 'expiry date' is reached and automatically deleted after a further 90 days.
Cancelling an Event / Deleting an Event
You can change the status of an event or delete a listing at any time.
- Login to United Baristas using UB-iD
- Go to Manage your Events
- Click 'Edit' or 'Delete' event
Use with caution as deleted event cannot be un-deleted.
People are not notified that the event has been cancelled, so it might be better to edit the event title and description to explain the cancellation. For example, 'My Great Coffee Event Title ***CANCELLED***'.
