Adding a Company Profile
Add your company
To upgrade your personal profile to a Company Profile, please contact Support.
Sign in to United Baristas Market, navigate to Add Company.
- Enter your Trading Name (listing title) – using your real name
- Select the functions your business performs. Each function enables specific options
Importing and equipment selling funcions
- Select the relevant brands your company imports or sells

- Select the brands your company services
Location
- Add your business address.
- Click 'Map It' to check your location has been correctly geolocated
Business hours
- Enter your trading hours
- Remove days which the business is closed
- Add any additional information on opening times
Contact
- Add point of contact
- Select whether enquiry emails are sent to the account email address, or another email address (there is currently a known issue with this function)
- Add additional contact details, including phone, website and social media channels
Summary
- The Summary is displayed on your profile page and is the excerpt wherever your profile is display across United Baristas Market. The summary is trimmed where space is limited, so the best summary bios are about 140 characters – about the length of a Twitter or Instagram bio.
Description
- The Description is displayed on your profile page is an an opportunity to share your story. Most people and organisations will want to use it as an about us-style page.
Add media to your Company Profile
Submit the listing and then return to the new Company Profile page to add media.
Images
- You can upload images in jpeg, gif, png or WebP file formats
- Star the image to be used across Market as your Profile image
- Select 'logo' for the image to be displayed next to your company name on your profile page (this can be the same image as you star)
- Add a 'Logo'. This is typically displayed as a circular logo across the site and is cropped. Upload a square image for best results.
Displaying listings on your profile
Your current marketplace listings are automatically displayed on your profile.
